'VOF <br />COUNTY OF HAWAI`I <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />STATE OF HAWAPI <br />BILL NO. 133 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.25-45, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING <br />BUDGET OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2026. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAPI: <br />SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 25-45, as amended, is hereby further amended by increasing revenues <br />in the following amount to the fund as set forth in Section 2. <br />Account No. Source Fund Amount <br />1010-431030 Federal Grants - Staffing for Adequate Fire and General $ 271,447 <br />Emergency Response (SAFER) <br />Total $ 271,447 <br />SECTION 2. The foregoing amount as specified in Section I hereof is hereby appropriated to the <br />fund and expenditure accounts as set forth hereinbelow: <br />Account No. Function and Activity Fund Amount <br />1010-21-62607 Staffing for Adequate Fire and Emergency General $ 271,447 <br />Response (SAFER) <br />Total $ 271,447 <br />SECTION 3. A final report, or the final report as required by the grantor, shall be submitted to the <br />Council upon completion of the grant program. <br />SECTION 4.
