<br /> COUNTY OF IIAWAI`I STATE OF IIAWAI`I <br /> SILL NO. 6 4 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 <br /> (1995 EDITION), RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 1, section 24-253.1, schedule 1.1 (15 mile <br /> per hour limit), subsection (g) Puna, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995 edition), is <br /> amended by adding the following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: <br /> ~ Maluhia Road. <br /> SECTION 2. Chapter 24, article 10, division 1, section 24-255, schedule 3 (25 mile per <br /> hour limit), subsection (g) Puna, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995 edition), is amended by <br /> adding the following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: <br /> Hapuu Road, from Nanawale Boulevard to Maui Road. <br /> ~ Kehau Road from Nanawale Boulevard to Maui Road. <br /> SECTION 3. Chapter 24, article 10, division 1, section 24-257, schedule 5 (35 mile per <br /> hour limit), subsection (g) Puna, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995 edition), is amended by <br /> adding the following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: <br /> ~ Hapuu Road, from Maui Road to its northern terminus. <br /> ~ Kehau Road from Maui Road to its northern terminus <br /> SECTION 4. Chapter 24, article 10, division 2, section 24-266, schedule 14 (Through <br /> streets), subsection (g) Puna, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995 edition), is amended by <br /> adding the following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: <br /> ~ Hapuu Road, except at its intersection with Nanawale Boulevard. <br /> ~ Kehau Road, except at its intersection with Nanawale Boulevard. <br /> <br />
