It also provides for the protection of critical infrastructure and prevention of <br /> terrorist incidents; for costs related to the design, development, conduct and evaluation of CBRNE <br /> Training Program; and for costs associated with implementing each state's Homeland Security <br /> Strategy. <br /> Enclosed is a resolution to authorize the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the State of Hawaii <br /> Department of Defense, State Civil Defense. <br /> Also enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating this <br /> amount to the Civil Defense State Homeland Security Grant Program account. <br /> If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to call the Civil Defense Agency. <br /> William Takab <br /> Director of Finance <br /> APPROVED: <br /> C <br /> l~ <br /> <br /> (Harry Kim Comm.
