As part of that renovation the <br /> Owner has developed an adjacent vacant lot on Kinoole Street into parking for <br /> employees. This renovation opens the previous parking lot adjacent to the building <br /> entirely for customers. As part of the renovation a landscaping plan was developed <br /> that has enhanced the appearance of both parcels. In addition to the landscaping <br /> and parking the Owner has indicated a desire to more clearly identify the business <br /> to traffic on Kinoole Street, aone-way street. <br /> CODE REQUIREMENT <br /> The proposed sign will sit back of the road right-of--way and between the two <br /> parking lots. The property is zoned commercial thus allowing a 32 square foot sign <br /> face on the property.
