COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> RESOLUTION NO. `I ~ <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF FUNDS OF A LATER FISCAL YEAR AND OF MORE <br /> THAN ONE FISCAL YEAR FOR AMULTI-YEAR LEASE FOR A COPY MACHINE FOR THE OFFICE OF THE <br /> COUNTY CLERK. <br /> WHEREAS, Section 10-I I of the County Charter requires that any contract, lease, or other obligation requiring <br /> payment of funds from the appropriations of a later fiscal yeaz or more than one fiscal year to be approved by resolution; and <br /> WHEREAS, the County of Hawaii wishes to enter into amulti-yeaz lease agreement for five-year copy machine for <br /> the County Clerk's Reprographics Division; and <br /> WHEREAS, the current contract for the 265ST copier has expired; and <br /> WHEREAS, the County Clerk's Reprographics Division would like to secure the option to lease a newer model to <br /> replace the cturent copier; and <br /> WHEREAS, the County Clerk's Reprographics account for the current fiscal year contains sufficient appropriations <br /> for the lease of a new machine. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> L Tha[ [he Mayor is authorized to enter into afour-year lease for the acquisition of a copy machine to be utilized <br /> in the County Clerk's Office -Reprographics Division (Machine Room); and <br /> 2.
