~ to tt~ ~Nr~~~~~il°.i G <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII i;l , STATE OF HAWAI I <br /> BILL NO. s4 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (1995 <br /> EDITION), RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 6, section 24-287, schedule 35 (Passenger <br /> loading zones), subsection (f) Kona, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995 edition) is amended by <br /> adding the following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: <br /> ~ Ali'i drive. east side, beginningfrom a point two-hundred twenty-nine feet north of <br /> Likana Lane and extending forty-seven feet in the northerly direction. 24 hours dailk <br /> SECTION 2. Chapter 24, article 10, division 6, section 24-288, schedule 36 (Freight loading <br /> zones), subsection (f) Kona, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995 edition) is amended by adding <br /> the following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: <br /> I_.__1 Ali'i Drive. east side, beginning from a point two-hundred seventy-six feet north of <br /> Likana Lane and extendino sixty feet in the northerly direction. 24 hours daily <br /> j__) Ali'i Drive, east side. beginning from a point five-hundred thirty-three feet north of <br /> Likana Lane and extending forty-six feet in the northerly direction. 24 hours dailk <br /> J,~ Ali'i Drive, west side. beginning from a point one-hundred fifty-four feet south of <br /> Kakina Lane, and extendino seventy-seven feet in the southerly direction. <br /> SECTION 3. Material to be repealed is bracketed. New material is underscored. In printing <br /> <br /> this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed material and underscoring need not be included. <br /> SECTION 4. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any person or <br /> circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the <br /> <br /> ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end, the <br /> provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br /> <br />
