Chapter 24, article 10, division 6, section 24-287, schedule 35 (Passenger <br /> loading zones), subsection (f) Kona, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995 edition) is amended by <br /> adding the following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: <br /> ~ Ali'i drive. east side, beginningfrom a point two-hundred twenty-nine feet north of <br /> Likana Lane and extending forty-seven feet in the northerly direction. 24 hours dailk <br /> SECTION 2. Chapter 24, article 10, division 6, section 24-288, schedule 36 (Freight loading <br /> zones), subsection (f) Kona, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995 edition) is amended by adding <br /> the following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: <br /> I_.__1 Ali'i Drive. east side, beginning from a point two-hundred seventy-six feet north of <br /> Likana Lane and extendino sixty feet in the northerly direction. 24 hours daily <br /> j__) Ali'i Drive, east side. beginning from a point five-hundred thirty-three feet north of <br /> Likana Lane and extending forty-six feet in the northerly direction. 24 hours dailk <br /> J,~ Ali'i Drive, west side. beginning from a point one-hundred fifty-four feet south of <br /> Kakina Lane, and extendino seventy-seven feet in the southerly direction. <br /> SECTION 3. Material to be repealed is bracketed. New material is underscored. In printing <br /> <br /> this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed material and underscoring need not be included. <br /> SECTION 4. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any person or <br /> circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the <br /> <br /> ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end, the <br /> provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br /> <br />
