Conditions F, G and I: <br /> Pursuant to the concurrency policy, these conditions would be amended by <br /> requiring that certain roadway improvements, including completion of the <br /> new mauka/makai road and the main spine road within the Pualani Estates <br /> Subdivision to Hualalai Road, have to be completed prior to issuance of any <br /> occupancy permit. Additionally, Condition I would be amended to include a <br /> pedestrian activated crosswalk lights at the Kuakini Highway intersection. <br /> Condition F: <br /> "The applicant, successors, or assigns shall improve the intersection at the <br /> principal access on the Hawaii Belt Road at the north end of T.M.K. No. 7- <br /> 5-17:1, at the Pualani Estates Subdivision Road, including, but not limited <br /> to, a deceleration and exclusive Left-turn lane into T.M. K. No 7-5-17: 1. <br /> Intersection improvements shall be as required by the Department of <br /> Transportation. The applicant shall pay for the cost of upgrading the traffic <br /> signal lights at the intersection of the Hawaii Belt Road and the Pualani <br /> Estates Subdivision Road to accommodate 4-way traffic. Said <br /> improvements, plus the main spine road through the Pualani Estates <br /> Subdivision to Hualalai Road, shall be completed prior to the issuance ofa <br /> certificate ofoccupancv for non-residential structures or final inspection of <br /> any residential structures. " <br /> Condition G: <br /> "The applicant, successors, or assigns shall construct aright-turn <br /> deceleration lane and aright-turn acceleration lane at the secondary <br /> entrance located south of the main intersection meeting with the approval of <br /> the State Department of Transportation, and arty other improvements that <br /> may be required by the DOT. If <br /> DOT opposes the use of the second access <br /> to the commercial development, all access shall be from the northern access <br /> point. Otherwise, the southern access shall be limited to right-in, right-out <br /> movements only. Said improvements shall be completed prior to the <br /> issuance of a certificate of occupancy,fornon-residential structures or mal <br /> inspection ofan,~residential structures. " <br /> Comm.
