The State of Hawaii, <br /> under the Hawaii Revised Statutes §285-11, gives aut~orization to the Counties to <br /> regulate fees associated with the processing of Driver ~.icenses. Enclosed is a bill for an <br /> ordinance amending Chapter 2~, Article 4, Section 24-20, Motor vehicle driver's permit and <br /> license fees, by adding in a new provisional license fee. that becomes effective on <br /> January 9, 2005.
