wor y_ <br /> iy A <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> ..«,M'~, <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 43'7 U6 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br /> WHEREAS, a $50,000 appropriation will be used to supplement funding for a study on <br /> the feasibility of constructing a wastewater treatment facility serving Kapoho Vacationland <br /> Estates and Farm Lots, Kapoho Beach Lots and public restrooms at the Wai O Pae Marine Life <br /> Conservation District within Kapoho Vacationland Estates. This appropriation will be <br /> administered by the Department of Environmental Management; and <br /> WHEREAS, the funding will be used to benefit the public by increasing health and safety <br /> conditions, including the prevention of residential wastewater from polluting tide pools at Wai O <br /> Pae Marine Life Conservation District and Kapoho Bay. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY <br /> OF HAWAII that the following amount be and is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth <br /> below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $50,000.00 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $50,000.00 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.801.5801.33 Department of Environmental Management $50,000.00 <br /> Transfer to Capital Projects Fund - G <br /> (Kapoho WWTP Facility Feasibility Study <br /> 110.699.5690.09) <br /> <br />
