Pavao of Council District 3 to the <br /> County of Hawai'i Environmental Management Commission. Ms. Pavao is a <br /> 13-year resident of Hawai'i. She recently retired after working 13 years for the <br /> Department of Education as a special education teacher. Ms. Pavao is a <br /> member of Open Arms MCC, and a past member of the First Church of Religious <br /> Science and Pahoa SCBM. <br /> <br /> Ms. Pavao states that she is not affiliated with any political party.
