Therefore, we recommend <br /> that the Council seriously reconsider the resolution and the possible <br /> financial impacts it could place on the County. <br /> The Council should also be aware that an expeditious review is critical <br /> as the Farmers Home Administration is requesting that the County move to <br /> finalize and close out the Pap aikou Phase II project.
