Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section 24-284, schedule 32 (Two hour <br /> <br /> parking areas), paragraph (c), South Hilo, subparagraph (9), of the Hawai'i County Code 1983 <br /> (2005 Edition, as amended), is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "(9) Kamehameha Avenue, from Waianuenue Avenue to Ponahawai <br /> Street, except for [aetive leading and unloading zone aeeess matdE <br /> point J feet in the 145mgEua <br /> 7 Wednesdays Saturdays, as set fei4h in seetion 24 <br /> 288.01, sehedule 36.01, aetive leading and unloading zones.] <br /> applicable bus stops and loading zones during specified times as <br /> outlined in in chapter 24, article 10, divisions 3 and 6." <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. Material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New material is <br /> underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed material and stricken <br /> material and underscoring need not be included. <br /> <br /> SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any <br /> person or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or <br /> <br /> applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or <br /> application, and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br /> <br /> SECTION 4.
