NO. 1023 / BILL NO. 317 <br /> PLACE: Councilroom <br /> TIME: 9:00 a.m. <br /> Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Public Works and Parks, to which was referred Communication No. 1023, <br /> and attached Bill No. 317, report as follows: <br /> The purpose of Bill No. 317 is to amend Chapter 24, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995 <br /> Edition) by authorizing a freight loading zone along Kalakaua Street in front of Kalakaua Kleaners <br /> and eliminating an existing freight loading zone in front of Hawaii National Bank. <br /> Communication No. 1023 is from Deputy Chief Engineer Jiro A.
