The amendment of this article will establish a $1.00 cash fare for riders of <br /> the Hele -On bus system. Children under the age of five, senior citizens, individuals with <br /> disabilities and students will be able to ride free of charge. For all other riders, a discount <br /> of 25 percent will be provided on a fare pre - payment program utilizing bus passes or bus <br /> tickets.
