No. 362-14 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Kona, Hawaii <br /> TIME: 1:39 p.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 362-14, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 362-14, transmitted by Finance Director Nancy Crawford, via Communication No. 785 <br /> dated March 28, 2014, authorizes the payment of funds of a later fiscal year and of more than one fiscal <br /> year for a multi-year agreement for the purchase of software and licensing for the Department of <br /> Information Technology. <br /> The resolution authorizes the Mayor to enter into a three-year lease agreement, at an approximate cost of <br /> $126,757 per year, to purchase Microsoft Office 2013 software and associated license agreements that <br /> would be incorporated into new computers for the County.
