Aw. 7715, APANA 11 TO LOT A <br />KAMEHAMEHA, SITUATE AT KALOKO, DISTRICT OF NORTH KONA, ISLAND OF <br />HAWAII, STATE OF HAWAII, FROM TSA, LLC. <br />WHEREAS, TSA, LLC, is the owner of <br />Road Lot 33 <br />Kamanu Street Stub-out/Extension <br />0.560 acre <br />Road Lot 34 <br />Kaiakoili Street <br />0.852 acre <br />Road Lot 35 <br />Maiau Street <br />0.825 acre <br />Road Lot 36 <br />Kauhola Street <br />0.823 acre <br />Road Lot 37 <br />Olowalu Street <br />0.998 acre <br />Road Lot 38 <br />Kamanu Street <br />0.249 acre <br />identified as Tax Map Key Nos: (3) 7-3-051:131, 132, 133, 134, 135 and 136 situate at Kaloko, <br />District of North Kona, Island of Hawaii, State of Hawaii, as delineated on Exhibit "A" attached; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, TSA, LLC, has constructed all subdivision improvements and received final <br />subdivision approval for the above referenced lot; and <br />WHEREAS, TSA, LLC, is desirous of dedicating the above roadway lot, including all <br />subdivision improvements thereon, to the County of Hawaii for roadway purposes, and the <br />improvements have been inspected and approved by the County of Hawaii Department of Public <br />Works, and received dedication approval from the Department of Water Supply, Planning Department <br />and Department of Environmental Management; and <br />
