COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />91 15 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE NEGOTIATED LEASE AGREEMENT FOR HAMAKUA <br />LANDS IDENTIFIED AS TAX MAP KEYS: (3) 4-3-009-055,056,057 & 058 WITH CROWN <br />PACIFIC INTERNATIONAL LLC, PURSUANT TO SECTION 2-114 OF THE HAWAII <br />COUNTY CODE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />WHEREAS, Resolution 38-11 authorized the lease of certain County of Hawaii owned lands <br />in the District of Hamakua, County and State of Hawaii, and required that the negotiated lease <br />agreement for those lands be accepted by the County Council pursuant to Section 2-114(d) of the <br />Hawaii County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 38-11 negotiated agreements for those lands identified <br />within said resolution were obtained and are hereby presented for acceptance by the County Council; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the negotiated lease agreement with Crown Pacific International LLC attached <br />hereto as Exhibit "A" for Tax Map Keys (3) 4-3-009-055, 056, 057 & 058 is presented to the County <br />Council pursuant to Resolution 38-11; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 2-114(d) of the Hawaii County Code, the Council may <br />require in the initial resolution that the negotiated agreement be accepted by the Council; now, <br />therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br />negotiated lease of Tax Map Keys (3) 4-3-009-055, 056, 057 & 058 to Crown Pacific International <br />
