She is a retired educator who was previously employed by <br /> Kamehameha Schools Hawaii and the Department of Education. Ms. Lee Loy <br /> previously served as a board member of the Honoka'a Credit Union and the <br /> Neighborhood Place of Puna. She was also the Kamehameha Schools Outreach <br /> Director and served as an advocate for the Keaukaha Community Tutoring Center. <br /> Ms. Lee Loy states that she is not affiliated with any political party. <br /> Ms. Lee Loy was confirmed to serve on this commission in January, 2015, to fill the <br /> remainder of a term to expire on December 31, 2015. Hawai'i County Charter <br /> Section 13-4(c), states that "members of any board or commission appointed for a <br /> term of two years or less shall be eligible to succeed themselves for an additional full <br /> term." If confirmed today, she will be eligible to serve a full term to expire on <br /> December 31, 2020. <br /> Ms. Theresa K. Donham of Coucil District 5 — Ms. Donham is a 32-year resident of <br /> Hawaii. She has an extensive background in archaeology. She worked for the State <br /> of Hawaii, Department of Land and Natural Resources as Hawaii Island's Lead <br /> Archaeologist from 2008 to 2011, and from 2011 to 2015 the Branch Chief of <br /> Archaeology statewide. Ms. Donham is presently self-employed as an <br /> archaeological consultant. / / <br /> Council Action Due By: January 29, 2016 Gomm.
