The purchase of four mobile video <br /> recorders will enable the Police Department to videotape the <br /> criminal in the act of driving under the influence of intoxicating <br /> liquor. <br /> Also enclosed is a resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an <br /> Agreement with the United States of America for this grant. <br /> The Police Department has requested that this transmittal be sent <br /> directly to the Council for its approval. <br /> Should you have any questions, please feel free to call. <br /> I <br /> HARRY A.
