•i[qar-UM <br />Title VI Information I)lsse-Wrfa4L*r-- <br />Title VI information posters shall be prominently and publicly displayed in the MTA's Transit <br />facilities and on their revenue vehicles. <br />Title V1 information shall be disseminated to MTA's employees annually with payroll or pay stub <br />envelopes. This notice reminds employees of the MTA's policy statement, and of their Title V1 <br />responsibilities in their daily work and duties. <br />During new employee orientation, new employees shall be informed of the provisions of Title V1, <br />and the MTA's expectations to perform their duties accordingly. <br />All employees shall be provided a copy of the Title VI Program and are required to sign the <br />Acknowledgement of Receipt (see Appendix 1). <br />Subcontracts and Vendors <br />All contractors and vendors who receive payments from MTA where funding originates from any <br />federal assistance are subject to the provisions of Title V1 of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 as <br />amended. <br />Title VI information shall be disseminated to contractor's and vendor's employees annually with, <br />payroll or pay stub envelopes.
