It is understood that <br /> <br /> this Contract includes as a part hereof any rules, relevant <br /> <br /> directives or instructions issued by the United States or the <br /> <br /> Agency, including the provisions of the federal Office of <br /> <br /> Management and Budget circulars and the effective edition of the <br /> <br /> Office of Justice Programs' Guideline Manual entitled "Financial <br /> <br /> and Administrative Guide for Grants." <br /> <br /> <br /> B. TERM OF CONTRA T. <br /> <br /> This Contract shall be in effect for the period from <br /> <br /> Jun i 000 to and including May 31, 001 unless <br /> <br /> this Contract is sooner terminated as hereinafter provided or <br /> <br /> unless this Contract is extended in accordance with Section L of <br /> <br /> this Contract. <br /> <br /> <br /> C.
