If so required by Agency, Grantee shall certify <br /> <br /> to Agency that any expendable or nonexpendable personal property <br /> purchased or acquired with funds received under this Contract will <br /> <br /> be used for criminal justice purposes before title in such property <br /> <br /> may-vest in Grantee. If a certification is not provided by <br /> <br /> Grantee, title to any personal property purchased or acquired with <br /> <br /> funds received under this Contract shall vest in Agency and such <br /> <br /> personal property shall be delivered to the Agency in good working <br /> <br /> order upon expiration or sooner termination of this Contract. <br /> <br /> 3. Prior to, or concurrently with the execution of <br /> this Contract, if so required by Agency, Grantee shall complete, <br /> <br /> execute and submit to Agency a Certification Regarding Drug-Free <br /> <br /> Workplace Requirements which meets the requirements of the Drug <br /> <br /> Free Workplace Act of 1988 (Pub. L. 100-690, Title V, Subtitle D), <br /> <br /> hereinafter referred to as the "Drug-Free Workplace Certification". <br /> <br /> A copy of the Drug-Free Workplace Certification shall be included <br /> in Part IV of the Application for Grant. Grantee covenants that <br /> <br /> the representations made in the Drug-Free Workplace Certification <br /> <br /> are true and that Grantee shall fulfill the requirements set forth <br /> <br /> therein.
