The property is located on the makai side of <br /> <br /> Mamalahoa Highway and north of Kona Palisades Subdivision, approximately 429 feet north <br /> <br /> of Ka'iminani Drive and borders Ke'oke'o and Oneone Streets at Kalaoa 4th, North Kona, <br /> <br /> Hawaii, TMK: 7-3-5:99, 100, 101. <br /> <br /> ('F.NE AL. INFORMATION <br /> 1. Landowner: Harry Foster Irrevocable Trust is the fee owner of the subject property. <br /> <br /> PROPOC D DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br /> 2. Request: The applicant is requesting the land use changes to allow the development of <br /> eighteen (18) 10,000 square foot lots. <br /> 3. Objectives: "The proposed project would consist of eighteen (18) 10,000+ square <br /> foot lots. There would be two accesses -one from Oneone Street and the other from <br /> Keokeo Street. There would be underground utilities, a 50-foot wide County dedicable <br /> road with curb, gutters, and sidewalk within the proposed roadway coming in from <br /> Oneone Street. The roadway from Keokeo Street would serve only three lots and <br /> would thus essentially serve as a driveway." <br /> "The applicant has no plans to construct dwellings on the proposed lots. Covenants <br /> and design restrictions, however, are being planned for which future homeowners <br /> would have to abide by. Covenants would include a "No Ohana" provision to maintain <br /> the single-family residential ambience of this area." <br /> <br />
