All internal roadways and the main access road shall be constructed in accordance <br /> with the requirements of the Department of Public Works, to dedicable standards, <br /> except for cul-de-sac roads serving residential areas only, as allowed under the <br /> Subdivision Code, and shall be dedicated to the County upon request at no cost to <br /> the County. On private roads, any vehicular security gate shall be set back from <br /> collector streets to allow for storage of vehicles and a turnaround on the collector <br /> street side of the gate, meeting with the approval of the Department of Public <br /> Works. <br /> U. Only one access on the property from Queen Kaahumanu Highway shall he <br /> allowed, meeting with the approval of the State Department of Transportation <br /> Highways Division.
