All access improvements shall comply with the State Department of <br />Transportation and the Department of Public Works requirements. A condition of <br />approval is being included to ensure that these infrastructural improvements are <br />installed. <br />Based on the foregoing, the approval of the Change of Zone request from an <br />Agricultural (A -5a) to Family Agricultural (FA -la) zoned district would result in an <br />appropriate land use pattern that will further the public convenience, necessity and general <br />welfare. <br />For your favorable consideration, an amendment to Section 25-8-4, the South Kona Zone <br />Map, of the County Zoning Code is transmitted. <br />We are enclosing a copy of the application and a copy of the staff background for your <br />information. <br />Sincerely, <br />Kevin M.
