<br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 295 l)6 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXCHANGE OF REAL PROPERTY, IDENTIFIED AS <br /> TAX MAP KEY: (3)7-5-005:067, AND ROAD RIGHTS-OF-WAY, IDENTIFIED AS BEING <br /> PORTIONS OF TAX MAP KEYS: (3)7-5-004:027, 034 AND 038, WITH LANIHAU <br /> PROPERTIES, LLC, FOR THE KUAKINI HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENTS, PALANI ROAD <br /> TO HUALALAI ROAD. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> WHEREAS, the County of Hawaii is the owner of real property identified as Tax Map <br /> Key: (3)7-5-005:067, containing an area of 2,248 square feet, which is the site of abandoned <br /> Sewage Pumping Station No. 4 (see Exhibit "A"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the County of Hawaii is the owner of Area "C," identified as being a <br /> portion of Tax Map Key: (3)7-5-004:028, containing an area of 150 square feet (see Exhibit <br /> "B"), which, based upon the highway improvements, is a remnant no longer required by the <br /> County; and <br /> WHEREAS, Lanihau Properties, LLC is the owner of: <br /> Road Reserve Lot A-I TMK: (3)7-5-004:027 (por.) 1,252 sq. ft. <br /> Road Reserve Lot C-1 TMK: (3)7-5-004:034 (por.) 753 sq. ft. <br /> Area "A" TMK: (3)7-5-004:028 (por.) 65 sq. ft. <br /> Area "B" TMK: (3)7-5-004:038 (por.) 7 sq. ft. <br /> Area "L" TMK: (3)7-5-004:038 (por.) 250 sq. ft. <br /> (see Exhibits "B" and "C"); and <br /> WHEREAS, as part of the Kuakini Highway Improvements, Palani Road to Hualalai <br /> Road, Federal Aid Project No. STP-0110(1), County Job No. P-3278, the County needs to <br /> -1- <br /> <br />
