This provision, i.e. pazagraph 27-20(a)(4)(E), upon approval of this ordinance, shall take effect on March 31, 2008; and [(bj] ~ For all proposed developments and/or subdivisions greater than either two lots or one acre, the developer and/or subdivider shall include base flood elevation data for each of the lots. In SECTION 14, bill 151 was chanEed by amending paragraph 27-22(2) (formerly 27- 22(b)) as follows: "(2) If an encroachment within a floodway is allowed under the conditions of pazagraph ["~,-~(a~] 27-22(1), all new construction, improvements to repetitive loss structures, substantial improvement and other proposed new development shall comply with all applicable flood hazard reduction provisions established in this chapter."
