In SECTION 14, bill 151 was chanEed by amending paragraph 27-22(2) (formerly 27- <br /> <br /> 22(b)) as follows: <br /> "(2) If an encroachment within a floodway is allowed under the conditions of <br /> pazagraph ["~,-~(a~] 27-22(1), all new construction, improvements to repetitive <br /> loss structures, substantial improvement and other proposed new development <br /> shall comply with all applicable flood hazard reduction provisions established in <br /> this chapter." <br /> <br />
