<br /> <br /> <br /> . u <br /> <br /> <br /> this Contract includes as a part hereof any rules, relevant <br /> directives or instructions issued by the United States or the <br /> <br /> Agency, in-clutting the provisions of the federal Office of <br /> <br /> Management and Budget circulars and the effective edition of the <br /> <br /> office of Justice Programs' Guideline Manual entitled "Financial <br /> <br /> and Administrative Guide for Grants." <br /> <br /> <br /> B. TERM OF CONTRACT. <br /> <br /> This Contract shall be in effect for the period from <br /> <br /> March 1, 1998 to and including February 28, 1999 <br /> <br /> unless this Contract is sooner terminated as hereinafter provided. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> C. PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS AND CONDITIONS. <br /> 1. Grantee shall comply with the guidelines set <br /> <br /> forth in the Act and all applicable federal regulations and <br /> <br /> guidelines, including but not limited to Office of Justice <br /> <br /> Programs, STOP Violence Against Women Formula and Discretionary <br /> <br /> Grants Program Guidance, and Office of Management and Budget <br /> <br /> circulars and the effective edition of the Office of Justice <br /> Programs' Guidance Manual entitled "Financial and Administrative <br /> <br /> Guide for Grants." <br /> <br /> 2. If so required by Agency, Grantee shall certify <br /> <br /> to Agency that any expendable or nonexpendable personal property <br /> <br /> purchased or acquired with funds received under this Contract will <br /> <br /> be used for criminal justice purposes before title in such property <br /> 4 <br />
