Honorable Harry Kun <br />Page 2 <br />The terms and conditions of the Public Safety Interoperable Communications Grant <br />program and the funds being distributed for the approved investment For the County of <br />Hawaii are in the attached Articles. If you agree with the requirements of the grant <br />program, please sign and return the original copy of each Article to State Civil Defense <br />before June 13, 2008. <br />All funds will be recorded in an Initial Strategy Implementation Plan (ISIP) that identifies <br />expenditures. The expenditures will be identified in a Detailed Budget Worksheet <br />(DBW) and an ISIP portraying the use of the FY 2007 Public Safety Intemperable <br />Communications funds. These funds are immediately available upon completing these <br />requirements and receiving a signed agreement. <br />Thank you for your support in expediting this initiative.
