June 17, 19% - State Land Use Commission approved the reclassification of <br />approximately 1,009.086 acres from Conservation to Urban with conditions. <br />(See Exhibit A - Decision and Order of the State land Use Commission Docket <br />No. A93-701). <br />3. Chapter 343, Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS): A Final Environmental Impact <br />Statement for the Kaupulehu Resort Expansion was prepared in accordance with the <br />requirements of Chapter 343, Hawaii Revised Statutes, regarding Environmental Impact <br />Statements and accepted by the State Land Use Commission on September 22, 1994 as <br />part of the applicant's State Land Use Boundary Amendment Petition for the proposed <br />Kaupulehu project. <br />ATTACH.
