COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII BILL NO. 3 21 ORDINANCE NO. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (1995 EDITION), RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 1 Q division 5, section 24-284, schedule 32 (Two hour parking areas), subsection (c) South Hilo, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995 edition), is amended by adding the following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: ~ Kilauea Avenue, both sides, from Haili Street to Ponahawai Street. ~ Kilauea Avenue, makai side, starting one hundred fifteen feet northwest of Kukuau Street and extending forty-two feet in the Hamakua direction. SECTION 2. Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section 24-284, schedule 32 (Two hour parking areas), subsection (c) South Hilo, unnumbered item, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995 edition), as amended by Ordinance No. 00-89, is amended to read as follows: O Kilauea Avenue, mauka side from [Haili]Ponahawai Street to Kukuau Street. SECTION 3. Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section 24-284.1, schedule 32.1 (8 hour parking areas), subsection (c) South Hilo, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995 edition), created by Ordinance No. 00-89, is amended by adding the following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: ~ Kilauea Avenue, makai side, starting two hundred forty-nine feet northwest of Kukuau Street to Ponahawai Street. SECTION 4. Material to be repealed is bracketed. New material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed material and underscoring need not be included.
