Areas requiring permits for intoxicating liquors between the <br />hours of 10:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. <br />(a) Permits shall allow drinking of intoxicating liquors only between the hours <br />of 10:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. <br />(1) South Hilo: <br />(A) Bayfront Beach; <br />(B) Coconut Island; <br />(C) Hilo Armory; <br />(D) Ho`olulu Complex; <br />(E) Pomaika`i Senior Center; <br />(F) Wainaku Gym; <br />(G) Equestrian Center, Pana`ewa; <br />(H) Hakalau Park; <br />(I) Honomu Park; <br />(J) Carvalho Park; <br />(K) Pepe`ekeo Community Center; <br />(L) University Heights Park. <br />(2) North/South Kona: <br />(A) Hale Halawai; <br />(B) Honaunau Arena; <br />(C) Imin Center; <br />(D) Yano Hall; <br />(E) Greenwell Park; <br />(F) That area in the terminal at Kailua Park specifically <br />designated by the director of parks and recreation[.-]; <br />2 <br />
