The leases <br />of their two copiers currently in use will be expiring soon and both machines have <br />exceeded their recommended usage and are constantly being repaired. Obtaining <br />leases on technically advanced copiers, which provide more features and options, will <br />increase staff productivity and will allow them to keep up with the increased demands <br />placed upon the offices. <br />It is anticipated that by leasing the new copiers, there will be a yearly savings of $5,000. <br />If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to call the Office of Housing and <br />Community Development. <br />Comm.
