It is understood that this <br /> Contract includes as a part hereof any rules, relevant <br /> directives or instructions issued by the United States or the <br /> Agency, including the provisions of the federal Office of <br /> Management and Budget circulars and the effective edition of the <br /> Office of Justice Programs' financial manual entitled "Financial <br /> Guide." <br /> B. TERM OF CONTRACT. <br /> This Contract shall be in effect for the period from <br /> July 1, 2010 to and including April 30, 2011 unless this <br /> Contract is sooner terminated as hereinafter provided or unless <br /> this Contract is extended in accordance with Section L of this <br /> Contract. <br /> C.
