require. Grantee shall submit quarterly financial reports <br /> fifteen (15) calendar days after the end of each calendar <br /> quarter. Grantee shall submit monthly request for funds and <br /> cash balance reports fifteen (15) calendar days after the end of <br /> each month. The final fiscal reports must be received by Agency <br /> within sixty (60) days after the date this Contract terminates <br /> or unless mandated earlier by Agency. Records and financial <br /> accounts shall be retained by the Grantee and shall be <br /> accessible to Agency and the United States Department of Justice <br /> for at least three years after Agency's grant with the Bureau of <br /> Justice Assistance is closed. <br /> 11. The final drawdown for funds shall be <br /> received by Agency no later than thirty (30) days after the <br /> Contract terminates. <br /> 12. Any funds provided to Grantee under this <br /> Contract which are unencumbered on the date this Contract <br /> terminates shall be returned to Agency; all funds provided under <br /> this Contract which are encumbered but not disbursed within <br /> sixty (60) days after this Contract terminates shall be returned <br /> to Agency. <br /> 13. Grantee shall submit progress reports as <br /> required for the Act funds to Agency during the term of the <br /> Contract as stipulated under Part IV.
