Hawaii's office for administering the federal financial <br /> assistance available under the Act. <br /> WHEREAS, Grantee is qualified to receive funds <br /> available to Hawaii under the Act and its respective <br /> implementing regulations, contained in the Project Safe <br /> Neighborhoods (PSN) grant announcement, and 28 C.F.R. Chapter 1, <br /> Part 66, and has applied to Agency for receipt of the same as a <br /> subgrantee; <br /> WHEREAS, Agency has reviewed Grantee's application for <br /> funds, and is satisfied that all of the requirements of the Act <br /> and its respective implementing regulations have been satisfied <br /> and that Grantee is capable of using the federal funds requested <br /> appropriately; <br /> WHEREAS, Grantee has demonstrated the capacity to <br /> provide the services, programs and activities described herein <br /> and is ready, willing and able to provide the required services, <br /> programs and activities; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, Agency and Grantee for and in <br /> consideration of the covenants, conditions, agreements, and <br /> 2 (4/2010) <br />
