Sako <br />Deputy Director <br />Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the payment of funds for more than one fiscal year <br />for a new multi -year lease agreement for one (1) copier for the Office of Aging's Hilo <br />office. Their current copier's lease expired in September, 2010 and is in declining <br />condition, needing to be replaced. <br />By entering into this multi -year lease, the operating cost per month is expected to be <br />similar to the costs under the recently expired lease. <br />If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to call Pauline Fukanaga of the <br />Department of Aging at 961 -8993. <br />Nancy .
