Council Chairman Dominic Yagong <br />and Members of the County Council <br />Page 2 <br />October 13, 2011 <br />Council District 7 — George J. Handgis is a 17 -year resident of Hawai'i. He is the <br />president of Gentrys Kona Marina, Vice Chair of the Governor's Small Business <br />Regulatory Review Board (SBRRB), a member of the Kona Crime Prevention <br />Committee and a Trustee of the Jonathan Dale Miller Foundation. Mr. Handgis states <br />that he is a Republican. If confirmed, he will serve the remainder of a term that has <br />been vacant since December 31, 2007.
