stipulations hereinafter expressed, do mutually agree as <br />follows: <br />A. SCOPE OF SERVICES. <br />Grantee shall, in a proper and satisfactory <br />manner, as determined by Agency, and in accordance with the <br />terms and conditions of this Contract, use the funds received <br />under this Contract for the purposes stated herein and in <br />accordance with the "Application For Grant" (Parts I through IV <br />including all certifications required under Section C attached <br />hereto as Exhibit "A" and by reference incorporated herein. It <br />is understood that this Contract includes as a part hereof any <br />rules, relevant directives or instructions issued by the United <br />States or the Agency, including the provisions of the federal <br />Office of Management and Budget circulars and the effective <br />edition of the Office of Justice Programs' financial manual <br />entitled "Financial Guide." <br />B. TERM OF CONTRACT. <br />This Contract shall be in effect for the period <br />from January 1, 2012 to and including July 31, 2012 unless this <br />Contract is sooner terminated as hereinafter provided or unless <br />this Contract is extended in accordance with Section L. of this <br />Contract. <br />3 (10/2011) <br />
