Hawai‘i County Council-58 October 17, 2012 <br /> <br />Bill 305: AMENDS CHAPTER 9, ARTICLE 5, DIVISION 1, SECTION 9-33 OF THE HAWAI‘I <br />COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO PLANS <br />AND SPECIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS <br />The proposed amendments amends Section 9-33 relating to Plans and specifications <br />requirements; deviations, subsection (b), by deleting the existing language and adds new <br />language relating to the requirements for the installation of photovoltaic systems. <br /> <br /> Re: Comm. 838 <br /> Intr. by: Mr. Yoshimoto <br /> First Reading: October 3, 2012 <br /> <br /> <br />Bill 307 (Draft 2): AUTHORIZES THE ISSUANCE OF GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS OF THE <br />COUNTY OF HAWAI‘I FOR THE PURPOSE OF FUNDING ALL OR A PORTION OF <br />THE COSTS OF VARIOUS PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS; FIXING THE <br />FORM, DENOMINATIONS, AND CERTAIN OTHER DETAILS OF SUCH BONDS <br />AND PROVIDING FOR THEIR SALE TO THE PUBLIC; AND AUTHORIZES THE <br />TAKING OF OTHER ACTIONS RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF THE <br />BONDS <br />Authorizes the Issuance of General Obligation Bonds of the County of Hawai‘i for the <br />Purpose of Funding All or a Portion of the Costs of Various Public Improvement <br />Projects; Fixing the Form, Denominations, and Certain Other Details of Such Bonds and <br />Providing for Their Sale to the Public; and Authorizes the Taking of Other Actions <br />Relating to the Issuance and Sale of the Bonds.
