I hereby submit for <br /> Council confirmation the following individuals as nominees to this commission. <br /> District 1 Willie-Joe Camara (5-year term) — Mr. Camara is a lifelong resident of <br /> Hawai'i. He is employed by Veterinary Associates Inc. as a veterinary technician. <br /> Mr. Camara states that he is not affiliated with any political party. <br /> District 2 Dwayne D. Yoshina (5-year term) — Mr. Yoshina is a life long resident of <br /> Hawaii. From 1981 to 2007, he was employed by the State of Hawaii as an Elections <br /> Administrator. Mr. Yoshina states that he is a Democrat. <br /> District 3 Anthony H. Sylvester II (2-year term) — Mr. Sylvester is a lifelong resident <br /> of Hawaii. He is employed by the National Radio Astronomy Observatory VLBA as a <br /> systems specialist. Mr. Sylvester states that he is not affiliated with any political party. <br /> District 4 Paul E. Bueltmann (4-year term) — Mr. Bueltmann is a lifelong resident of <br /> Hawaii.
