The applicants plan to convey the lots to each of their two children, one of whom intends to live on the property with her family. The funds will be used by the Police Department for its Distracted Driving Program to reduce the number of drivers using an electronic mobile device while operating a motor vehicle and to increase the number of electronic mobile device citations.
