Kenoi, dated February 11, 2015, submitting for the <br />Council's review and confirmation the above nomination. <br />Waived: FC <br />ORDER OF RESOLUTIONS <br />Res. 91 -15: ACCEPTS THE NEGOTIATED LEASE AGREEMENT FOR HAMAKUA <br />LANDS IDENTIFIED AS TAX MAP KEYS: 4 -3 -009: 055, 056, 057, AND 058 <br />WITH CROWN PACIFIC INTERNATIONAL LLC, PURSUANT TO <br />SECTION 2 -114 OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE <br />Resolution 38 -11 authorized the lease of certain County of Hawaii owned lands <br />and required that the negotiated lease agreement for those lands be accepted by <br />the County Council.
