Hawai‘i County Council-24 October 20, 2015 Bill 99: AMENDS ORDINANCE NO. 15-57, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAI‘I FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2016 Increases revenues in the Federal Grants – Speed Enforcement Grant account ($15,000); and appropriates the same to the Speed Enforcement Grant account. The funds would be used with existing funds towards the purchase of a Stalker Speed Awareness Monitor for the Kona district.
