FC -31 <br />ORDER OF RESOLUTIONS <br />April 10, 2018 <br />Res. 544-18: AUTHORIZES THE PAYMENT OF FUNDS OF A LATER FISCAL YEAR AND <br />OF MORE THAN ONE FISCAL YEAR FOR A MULTI-YEAR LEASE FOR A <br />POSTAGE MACHINE FOR THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY CLERK, ELECTIONS <br />DIVISION <br />Authorizes the Mayor to enter into a three-year lease agreement for a postage machine <br />with an approximate monthly cost of $35. <br />Reference: Comm. 817 <br />Intr. by: Ms. Poindexter <br />Res. 556-18: AUTHORIZES THE OFFICE OF THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN <br />AGREEMENT WITH THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF THE ARMY, <br />PURSUANT TO HAWAII REVISED STATUTES SECTION 46-7, FOR THE <br />COUNTY OF HAWAII TO SHARE COSTS FOR A WAIAKEA-PALAI FLOOD <br />RISK MANAGEMENT FEASIBILITY STUDY <br />Authorizes the Mayor to enter into an agreement that would replace the existing study <br />with a new study to be funded under the Continuing Authorities Program with no <br />additional funding required for the current fiscal year. <br />Reference: Comm. 843 <br />Intr. by: Ms. David (B/R) <br />Res. 562-18: APPROVES AND AMENDS THE 2015-2019 COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />CONSOLIDATED PLAN AND 2018 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN FOR THE <br />COUNTY OF HAWAII COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT <br />(CDBG), HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIPS PROGRAM (HOME), AND <br />NATIONAL HOUSING TRUST FUND (HTF) AND AUTHORIZES THE MAYOR <br />OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII TO EXECUTE AND SUBMIT THE AMENDED <br />CONSOLIDATED PLAN AND ANNUAL ACTION PLAN AND ALL OTHER <br />RELATED DOCUMENTS TO THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF <br />HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT (HUD) <br />The County's Office of Housing and Community Development anticipates the <br />following HUD allocations for Program Year 2018: a CDBG allocation of $2,428,055 <br />and program income of $100,000, for a total of $2,528,055 of CDBG funds; an HTF <br />allocation of $1,425,000; and a HOME allocation of $2,425,000.
