Funds for this project shall be provided from General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund—Fund Balance and/or Other Sources. The increase reflects an anticipated USDA loan to cover portions of the cost of constructing a public sewer system serving the Lono Kona Subdivision. Funds are needed due to higher than anticipated costs.
