Utilizing this funding, the Office of Housing and Community Development <br />(OHCD) wishes to provide $10,500,000 in grants to various 501(c)3 nonprofit organizations in <br />accordance with Hawaii County Code (2016 Edition as amended) Chapter 2, Article 25.
