This draft makes the following <br /> non-substantive changes to the bill: <br /> <br /> 1) In Section 2, it amends the reference to the Hawaii County Code 1983, from the "2000 <br /> Edition" to the •`2005 Edition" of the code, as amended. <br /> <br /> 2) In the amendment to section 25-4-11 of the code, it amends the title of the section to read <br /> as follows, "Power lines utility substations[;], public buildings." Draft I of the bill, <br /> inadvertently changed the first semi-colon to a comma, without ramseyering the change. <br /> We used this opportunity to change the punctuation between these terms to commas <br /> throughout. <br /> <br /> 3) In Section 3, language is added that explains that material to be repealed is bracketed and <br /> stricken and that in printing this ordinance, such brackets and bracketed material need not <br /> be included. <br /> <br /> If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> <br /> <br /> V <br /> William E.
