COUNTY OF HAWAII:: F . s NATE OF HAWAII r BILL NO. 217 ORDINANCE NO. 98 42 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 (TRAFFIC. SCHEDULE), OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (1995 EDITION), RELATING TO TRAFFIC REGULATIONS BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 1, section 24-257, schedule 5 (35 mile per hour limit), subsection (g) Puna, of the Hawaii County Code (1995 edition), is amended by adding the following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: 0 Route 132. from Route 130 to the Pohoiki Road Junction. SECTION 2. Chapter 24, article 10, division 1, section 24-260, schedule 8 (45 mile per hour limit), subsection (g) Puna, of the Hawaii County Code (1995 edition), is amended by adding the following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: 0 Route 132 from -the Pohoiki Road Junction to Route 137. SECTION 3. New material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the underscoring need not be included. - SECTION 4. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any person or circumstances, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable.
