The Department seeks to enter into a multi-year lease starting on August <br /> 1, 2018 and ending on April 30, 2020 with the option to renew the lease for two <br /> additional five-year terms. <br /> Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the County to enter into a multi-year lease agreement <br /> as described above with the Estate of Ole Eigel Jensen and Elaine Marie Jensen for <br /> parking and storage space located at 81-6394 Hawai`i Belt Road in Kealakekua.
